This digital instrument has been developed to meet the demands for high-precision gas measurement.
It receives gas flow signals from various flowmeters (or similar devices), along with temperature and pressure inputs. It then performs correction calculations to convert the volume to standard conditions and enables accumulation (or integration).
In addition to corrections based on JIS M8010, it is also possible to use
correction coefficient X as a quadratic function of temperature and pressure, offering
a high degree of freedom in compensation calculations.
Furthermore, equipped with an analog output, it can also provide instantaneous flow rate output (after instrument error and temperature correction). In specifications where only flow and pressure inputs are provided, it can also function as a pressure compensator with a fixed temperature value.
1. Equipped with a large color LCD touch panel, the instrument allows for intuitive parameter setting and operation. It also features a customizable display screen, which helps prevent reading errors by allowing users to hide items not required for inspection.
2. Supporting Modbus communication, the instrument enables reading of various measured values such as integrated values and event logs, as well as writing of various parameters.
3. Various parameters, event logs, and other data stored internally can be easily extracted to a USB memory stick.
