Export Control

From the perspective of maintaining international peace and safety, and in order to properly implement security export control in accordance with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law and other export-related laws and regulations, OVAL has established a compliance program following the export control policy "Security Export Control Regulations" (CP).

1. 1.We will not engage in any activities that violate the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and other laws and regulations related to trade with regard to the export of goods, provision of technology, intermediary trade transactions, and intermediary transactions of technology.
2. 2.In order to comply with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and other laws and regulations related to trade and to implement appropriate export control, the Representative Director shall be designated as the chief export control officer, and the export control system shall be improved and enhanced.
